Lemon Bars

Really moist chewy bars!

Ingredients:

1 package lemon cake mix

2 eggs

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup Crisco shortening or softened butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Mix will be thick. Spread into greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 24 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.
