• Minimum Stay: 2 nights.
• Deposit and Payments: There is a non-refundable $25.00 reservation fee added to all reservations at the time reservation is made. A 50% deposit (plus all fees and charges) is required within 2 weeks of making reservation. This payment can be made by personal check, cashier's check, or money order or by Visa or MasterCard (winter only). Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa and MasterCard are accepted in the winter only. Travelers' checks, cashiers checks, money orders, and cash also accepted for balance of payment.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel or change dates, please note that your deposit cannot be refunded unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. If the property re-rents, your deposit will be refunded minus $75.00.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Please notify if you are arriving after 4:00 p.m. to make arrangements for key pickup. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pets welcome with a $50.00 charge. Children welcome.
• Recreation and Activities: Paintball maze on site (bring your own equipment, carbon dioxide refills available 25 minutes away in Marlinton). Also bonfires, hiking, biking, fishing, star gazing, golf, skiing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, fishing, shooting clay pigeons, and caving on site or nearby. Mountain biking, canoeing, and downhill and cross-country skiing (within driving distance to 3 of the best ski resorts in the Southeast).
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Snowshoe Mountain Resort, Raven Golf Course, Cass Scenic Railroad, National Radio Astronomy Observatory, Greenbrier River family bike trail, and Monongahela National Forest.
