table, rocking chairs, and breathtaking view.

- Rates: $198.00 per night with a two-night minimum. Rates
depend on number of nights as well as number of guests. Rates

- Deposit and Payments: Reservations must be guaranteed by
a 50% advance deposit. Balance is due two weeks before arrival date.
- Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.
- Restrictions: No pets or smoking, please. Children 12
and older welcome.
- Recreation and Activities: Stargazing, lying in the
hammock under the pines, swinging in the swing on the full-length
front porch, hiking on the 45-acre property, and sitting by the fire
when the snowflakes fly. Golf, swimming, horseback riding, boating,
tennis, fishing, and guided nature walks are just five minutes away.
Natural mineral baths and full service spas abound.

- Directions: From the Washington D.C. metro area,
take I-270 North to Frederick. Follow directions from Frederick
below.
From Baltimore, take I-70 West to Frederick.
Follow directions from Frederick below.
At Frederick, take I-70 West past Hagerstown to
Hancock. Bear left at second Hancock exit (Hancock/Winchester) onto
US 522 South. Pass through Berkeley Springs, WV and proceed south 10
miles. After passing Cacapon State Park on the right, take the first
left -- Oakland Road. This left is immediately before a red brick
church with two steeples. Follow Oakland Road for 1 mile and bear
left onto Creek Road. Take an immediate first left at our driveway.
From Virginia: Take Route 7 to Winchester.
North on I-81. Take first exit -- "Rt. 11 to Rt. 37 and US 522."
Turn left at bottom of exit (Route 11). Stay on Route 37 to first
exit to right (US 522). Turn right at end of exit onto US 522.
Follow for 23 miles. Proceed 3 to 4 miles after crossing the VA/WV
state line. Turn right onto Oakland Road immediately after passing a
large, red brick church. Follow Oakland Road 1 mile and bear left
onto Creek Road. Turn left at first driveway.
