Granola

Ingredients:

8 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup wheat germ

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup coconut

1-3/4 cups honey

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix dry ingredients (except raisins) and melt honey, oil, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Bake in shallow layers in cake pans at 250 degrees; stir every 15 to 20 minutes for about 1-1/4 hours or until golden. Cool and add raisins.
