• Accommodations: 1 cabin, with bath, kitchen, living room, bedroom (with queen sized bed) and loft with double bed.

• Deposit and Payments: 50% minimum deposit and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. No refunds made within 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Not suitable for children under 10.
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, tubing, and hiking on property. Canoeing, hiking, and fishing nearby. Guided ecological tours on property available free with two-night stay.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Berkeley Springs, the Nation's #1 health spa; mineral baths, massages, great restaurants, antiquing, Star Theatre, Ice House Theatre, Summer Concerts in State Park. Sleepy Creek, a 20,000-acre wildlife preserve with hiking and 200-acre lake for boating and fishing. Historic C&O Canal, Paw Paw Tunnel, Prospect Peak, and canoe and bike rentals. The cabin is 1-1/2 miles from public access to Potomac River boating, swimming and fishing.
