• Property Type: Cabins with fully equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms, fireplaces, and Jacuzzi tubs and outdoor hot tubs. High speed Internet Access.
• Amenities: Fireplace, phone, VCR, stereo, hot tub, Jacuzzi, washer, dryer, linens provided, cooking utensils provided, and full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience we can provide a travel style crib, high chair and/or booster chair. Waterproof mattress pads are also available. Just let us know in advance and we'll leave them out.
• Rates: Rates shown are for 2 people, Additional guests are $20.00 per night, Children age 12 and younger are $10.00 per night and Children under age of 2 stay free.
  10.24% taxes will be added. That includes 8.8% standard WA State tax plus a Washington lodging and tourism tax. Rates increase during the Christmas/New Year's holiday season. Rates subject to change without notice.

  A damage, cleaning and smoking deposit of $300 is required in addition to your reservation. This will be authorized on your credit card 30 days prior to your stay. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, but is fully refundable after our housekeeper has verified our basic cleaning and damage policies are followed.

• Minimum Stay: No minimum Sunday - Thursday. 2 nights with the exception of all major holidays.
• Deposit and Payments: For reservations made more than 30 days in advance we charge 50% at time of booking. Reservations are charged in full approximately 30 days prior to your stay.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit, minus a 10% cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of reservation but we'll make every effort to rebook the nights. If we can rebook the dates we will happily refund the reservation minus the 10% cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. No smoking. No pets.
• Recreation and Activities: Cross-country skiing, mountain climbing, snowshoeing, fly fishing, birding, hiking, nature photography, and mountain biking.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Mt. Rainier National Forest, Mount Tahoma Ski Trail Association (70 miles of trails), Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad, and Northwest Trek Wildlife Park.
• Directions: Getting to our vacation rentals near Mt. Rainier is easy. They are approximately 2 hours from Seattle and 45 minutes from Tacoma and 2.5 hours from Portland. The roads are well maintained and it is rare for snow to make the roads to Ashford or to our cabins impassable.
