• Check-in: anytime after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 noon.
• Deposit and Payments: Deposit is 1 night or 50% of stay, whichever is greater. Credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation or shortening/changing a reservation must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit. With less notice, you will be charged for the full amount of your original stay unless the cottage is rebooked for the period involved. A $30.00 processing fee will be deducted from any returned deposit.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Cottages not suitable for children.
• Recreation and Activities: Trout pond on property. Biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, antiquing, fishing, dining, and sight-seeing nearby.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Within 15 minutes: Blue Ridge Parkway, Springdale Water Gardens, Wade's Mill, Buffalo Springs Herb Farm, Rockbridge Vineyard, and Crabtree Falls. 20 minutes from Lexington (University of Washington and Lee, Virginia Military Institute, Stonewall Jackson House and Museum, Robert E. Lee Chapel, George C. Marshall Museum, Virginia Horse Center, and Lime Kiln Theater) and Staunton (Mary Baldwin Cottage, Museum of Frontier Culture, Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Museum, Staunton/Augusta Art Center, Statler Brothers Museum/Complex, Wharf Historic District, Shenandoah Shakespeare Blackfriars Playhouse, and Thornrose Cemetery). 30 minutes from Natural Bridge, Goshen Pass, Andre Vitte Farm and Nursery, and P.
