Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups cornmeal
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1/2 cup flour
Milk
6 Tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chopped onions

Mix cornmeal, egg, baking powder, baking soda, and flour, then add milk to thickness desired. Add oil and onions. Shape into balls and fry in oil.
