• Accommodations: 6 guest houses, each private and luxurious. One house sleeps up to 4 (1 bedroom, 1 bath); one house sleeps 10 (3 guest rooms, 3 baths); one house sleeps 2; and two houses each sleep 4. One house that sleeps 5 (2 bedrooms, 2 baths). All rentals have full kitchens; they are private cottages, separate from each other. They can be rented by the night, week or month.
• Rates: Add $15.00 for each additional person. Add $15.00 for single-night stays. 6% tax will be added. Group and weekly/monthly rates available. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit can be arranged by sending first night's lodging fee. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date or cabin must be re-rented for refund, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
• Restrictions: No inside smoking. No alcohol outside premises. No pets.
• Breakfast: Supplies are furnished for you to cook a full country breakfast (no breakfast for groups of 5 or more people).
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Grannie's Tea Cakes, ... Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, ... Stag Leap Hush Puppies, ... Stag Leap Apricot Crunch Cake, and Stag Leap's Blueberry Pound Cake.
• Languages Spoken: Some Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: We rent facilities for small events; we link guests to spa services, golfing courses and fishing. Great for retreats, getaways, business meetings, group outings, family reunions, honeymoons, and anniversaries. Conference facilities for small groups (up to 26 people.)
• Recreation & Activities: Golfcarting (we furnish the golf carts and the lush nature trails), volleyball, archery, horseshoes, wreath making, wildlife watching, hiking, bird watching, and creek wading.
• Attractions & Special Events: Lake Nacogdoches (great for bass fishing), historic Nacogdoches (oldest town in Texas), home of Stephen F. Austin University, and Woodland Hills Country Club.
