• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Deposit and Payments: The rent is due 3 weeks prior to check-in along with a signed “Rental Agreement and Policies & Procedures” (Release and Indemnity Agreement). There are damage deposits required for each individual property ($500.00 or $1000.00) and is taken by credit card. The deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 1 week after check-out if there are no damages.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for short term rentals must be made three (3) weeks in advance or you will lose your deposit and one night's rental. All cancellations for long-term rentals (two or more weeks) must be made three (3) weeks in advance or you will lose your deposit and one weeks rental. A $100.00 cancellation/administrative fee is charged for any reservation that is cancelled after booking with Vacation New Braunfels. All cancellations will be recorded in a logbook as to date and time of cancellation. There are no cancellation refunds under any circumstances if cancellation guidelines are not met by guest. Reservations are not contingent upon availability or conditions of the water recreational facilities, including but not limited to the Comal, Guadalupe River, or Schlitterbahn. There will be no refunds for shortened stays.
• Restrictions: Some rentals are pet-friendly (call for more info). No smoking.
• Recreation and Activities: Shopping, water sports, tubing, swimming, year around golf, nature, tours, history, art, fine dining, and more.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Schlitterbahn Water Park, Gruene Hall, Gruene, New Braunfels Marketplace, huge Tanger Outlet Mall, Bandit Golf Club, San Antonio Golf, Landa Park, Comal and Guadelupe Rivers, Wurstfest, Comal County Fair, Wassailfest, Downtown New Braunfels Tree Lighting "Festagge", Jingle Bell 5K Run Mid-December, Golf Fest, great museums, historic districts, and performing arts. San Antonio for the Alamo, Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas and Sea World.
• Directions: From San Antonio: Head north on I-35 for about 20 miles (we'll leave the lights on for you).
  From Austin: Get on I-35 and head south for about 40 miles.
