• Property Type: Single family cottages
• Accommodations: 16 stone cottages with full kitchens.
• Amenities: Air conditioning and heat, some with fireplaces, TV/VCR with full video selection, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, linens provided, picnic tables, and BBQ grills, and 3 swimming pools.
• Rates: $100.00 to $375.00 per night. Some special packages available. Rates subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Stay: 2 nights off-peak and 3 nights in summer (3 and 4 nights for major holidays).
• Open: All year.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days (60 days for groups) prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund less cancellation fee. Refunds made on shorter notice only if cabin can be rented.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside cabins. No pets, please. No all-terrain vehicles or RV's.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: One 2-bedroom/2-bath cottage.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: GG's Gourmet Tex Mex Migas.
• Special Events: Reunions and weddings.

• Attractions & Special Events: Family Fun Night including great ribs, karaoke, and a live band every Saturday night here at the Ranch during summer. Guadalupe River, Kerrville Folk Festival, Criders Rodeo and Dance on Saturday nights, arts and crafts fair, antique stores, 1 hour to San Antonio, SeaWorld, Fiesta Texas, Garner State Park, Enchanted Rock, and Frio River.

• Directions: From Ingram take Highway 39 toward Hunt. At the Ingram Dam, check your odometer. The driveway is exactly one mile from the dam on your right. Look for Roddy Tree on a large rock at bottom of drive.
