• Property Type: 2 Cottages: The Big Cottage, a 2 bedroom garage apartment, and the one bedroom Texas Cottage. Two 3-bedroom townhomes (not on the Lake but close by)
• Accommodations: The Big Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 3 hide-a-beds, 1 bath; sleeps 9. Also Texas Cottage has 1 bedroom with kitchenette; sleeps 2
• Amenities: Decks overlooking lake, hot tub, fully furnished, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher in big cottage, central air conditioning and heat, Cable TV, High-Speed wireless Internet, and ceiling fans in every room. Dishes, utensils, and linens provided. There is a BBQ for each unit as well as a deck with a laundry room for guest to use. Texas Cottage has same amenities but only kitchenette.

  Each additional in the Big Cottage over 6 persons is $10.00 per night extra. Tax added to all rates.

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends.
• Deposit and Payments: Deposit is one night's payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. No refund with less notice. A $10.00 service charge will be charged for cancellations.
• Breakfast: Included in nightly rates of Texas Cottage (short term only). Big Cottage has full cooking facilities so no breakfast is included.
• Restrictions: Well-behaved small dogs (not over 25 pounds) allowed with prior approval. No smoking inside.
• Special Events at Inn: Small reunions or receptions for up to 60-70 people.
• Recreation and Activities: Lake activities (swimming, fishing, boating, sailing, and skiing), biking, hiking, and gazing at the stars.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Belton Lake. Public park with free boat ramp, picnic areas, and hiking and biking trails. Salado, with quaint shops, is 15 miles away. Temple is 9 miles away. Austin is 60 miles away.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Beef Barn or Backyard Barbeque, Sorge's Italian Restaurant, Dead Fish Grill, Cheeves Restaurant, and Mexican Food and Chinese.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Miller Springs Park with great hiking and nature viewing areas. Best secret is the lake view from our porch or deck. Very relaxing.
