• Deposit and Payments: A signed rental agreement with 1/2 the rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rent, the taxes, and a security deposit of $200.00 is due 14 days prior to check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit, less $100.00, will be refunded only if house is re-rented (owners will make every attempt to do so).
• Restrictions: No house parties. No pets. No smoking in house for the comfort of all guests.
• Recreation & Activities: Beaches, fishing pier, swimming, boating, fishing, surfing, golf, tours, and restaurants.
• Surrounding Attractions & Special Events: Folly Beach Pier; Charleston with all its history, including Fort Sumter, a variety of museums, and historic homes; Charles Towne Landing; and parks ranging from outdoor parks to fun parks.
• Recommended Local Foods and Where to Buy Them: Fresh seafood can be purchased at many locations, such as nearby Crosby's Fish and Shrimp Company.
