• Rates: shown are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. Additional guests (family members only) are $25.00 each, or a charge of $25.00 is levied if an extra bed needs to be made. Stay 1 week in a cottage and get 1 night free. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. No check-ins after 9:00 pm. Early check-ins is an extra $50.00, late check-out (2:00 pm) is an extra $50.00, if we can accommodate it.
• Payment: 50% of total for deposit. Personal checks accepted. we prefer
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received more than 7 days prior to day of scheduled arrival for a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations received with less than 7 days prior to schedule arrival date - the entire amount of the stay is forfeited.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Restrictions/Limits Pets ($50.00 deposit. $25.00 cleaning fee for any dog, regardless of size.). Only 1 couple per cottage. Two children per cottage. Only 1 couple in the Inn rooms.
• Breakfast: Breakfast Basket (full) awaits in refrigerator.
• Special Events at Inn: Conferences and massages.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, and fishing on property. Golf and antiquing nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Within 30 minutes to 7 South Carolina State Parks. 10 minutes to Steeplechase and BBQ festival. Day trips to Biltmore House in Asheville.
