• Accommodations: 2 to 7 bedroom homes. Beachfront, water front, walking distance from beach, golf course, or ocean view. If you are in a gated community, 2 car passes are included per property – additional car passes are available for Sea Pines for $5 per week per pass.
• Amenities: Full kitchen, TV/VCR, telephone with free local calls, washer/dryers, prime locations, kitchen utensils, linens and towels, and luxury furnishings. Some locations might include a patio/deck/balcony, fireplace, swimming pool and/or hot tub.
• Rates: . Rates vary by location, season, and length of stay. Weekly rates do not include applicable sales and accommodations taxes (11-12%) or the 4.5% reservation fee that includes damage protection (see details below). Rates and fees are subject to change. Rental rates and service fee include:

• Minimum Stay: 1 week.
• Deposit and Payments: a deposit of 40% of the rental rate & taxes plus the 4.5% reservation fee is required to confirm the reservation. Deposit can be paid by MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Deposits are held in Escrow in an FDIC insured, interest bearing account which Guest agrees to waive their right to this interest earned. Your balance must be paid by check or money order and is due 45 days before arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before the arrival date, deposit will be returned less the non-refundable reservation fee. If the cancellation occurs 90-46 days from the arrival date, the guest will forfeit the 40% deposit and non-refundable reservation fee. If cancellation is made 45 days or less from your arrival date, the total rental rate including tax and reservation fee will be forfeited. Changes in dates and unit can only be made prior to the 90 day cancellation period. Travel insurance can be purchased for 6.5% of your total rental, and is highly recommended. Refunds are not issued for early check outs or no shows.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. or later. After-hours check-in can be made with prior notification. Check-out: is 10:00 a.m. or earlier. Home should be secured and keys returned to our offices at 7 Executive Park Road.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Absolutely no pets allowed. Homes and Villas are not available for rent to vacationing students or guests under the age of 25.
• Pool / Heating Pool: and/or spa heat is available at an additional charge and must be arranged at least 14 days prior to your arrival. The charge will be based on the season and prevailing rates at the time of your rental. Due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating of pools and hot tubs, we will refund unused heat fee, but no adjustment will be made to rental rate.
• Events: Use Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event, such as weddings, reception, or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If the Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent, the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, water sports, sailing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, dining, in-line skating, walking/hiking/jogging, biking, and sight-seeing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Golf courses, tennis courts, resorts, boutiques and malls, 12 miles of beaches, restaurants, and historical sights.
• Directions to office: Coming From I-95 - Traveling North or South proceed to Exit 8, Hwy 278 East, Follow 278 East to Hilton Head Island. After crossing the bridge onto the Island, there are two major routes to our office. Choose either Hwy 278 Business Route or the Cross Island Parkway (cost is $1.00 per car). The Cross Island Parkway is the shortest route. The Cross Island Parkway becomes Palmetto Bay Road. You will come up to the Sea Pines Circle. Take the 2nd right off the circle onto Pope Avenue. Go past the first light and take a left onto Pope Ave. Executive Park directly across from the Holy Family Catholic Church. We are located in the 2nd building on the left, which is 7 Executive Park Rd. We are a yellow cottage with black shutters.
