• Property Type: Vacation homes, villas, and condos.
• Accommodations: 1 to 6 bedrooms.
• Amenities: Full kitchen, TV/VCR, telephone with free local calls, washer/dryers, prime locations, kitchen utensils, linens and towels, and starter soap and paper product supplies. Some locations might include a patio/deck/balcony, fireplace and/or hot tub.
• Rates: $425.00 and up per week. Rates vary by location, season, and length of stay. A processing fee of $45.00 will be added to each reservation. A 3% convenience fee will be added for any use of a credit card. Rates do not include state sales and accommodation taxes totaling 7%, nor do they include the Town of Hilton Head's beach preservation fee and local accommodations tax and damage protection plan fees totaling 5.5%. • Minimum Stay: 1 week.
• Deposit and Payments: A deposit of 40% of the total rental cost is required to guarantee reservation and must be received within 14 days from the date of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. When making a reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, arrangements must be made to pay the entire balance in order to receive your keys. In lieu of a security deposit, a credit card is required to make a reservation. A refundable $300.00 pet deposit, payable by check, is required in pet friendly accommodations. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash accepted for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative fee. A cancellation must be submitted in writing and received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for villas and 90 days for homes (less the $75.00 administrative fee) for a refund of monies paid-to-date. Cancellation less than the 60- or 90-day period will result in a forfeiture of your 40% deposit. There will be no refunds for early departures or no-shows. Travel insurance is available to all guests (calculated by multiplying the rental and processing fees and their taxes by 7%).
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. or later. Occasionally during peak season, your home or villa may not be ready until 6:00 p.m. Check-out: is 10:00 a.m. or earlier. Sorry, no exceptions unless you have arranged for a late check-out in advance.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pets allowed in designated accommodations. Homes and Villas are not available for rent to vacationing students or guests under the age of 25.
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, water sports, sailing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, dining, in-line skating, walking/hiking/jogging, biking, and sight-seeing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Golf courses, tennis courts, resorts, boutiques and malls, 12 miles of beaches, restaurants, and historical sights.
• Directions: Take I-95 to Exit 8, South Carolina. Turn on Highway 278 heading east. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to reach the bridge to Hilton Head Island. Once on the Island, Highway 278 divides into the Cross Island Parkway (toll road) and 278 Business. Remain in the right lanes and follow 278 Business. Travel approximately 6 miles; you will pass the Port Royal Plantation/Westin Hotel sign on your left. The second traffic light you will come to (after passing Port Royal Plantation) is at the intersection where Folly Field Road is on your left. Go through this intersection slowly and merge into the far-right lane. Approximately 400 feet on the right is the office building. The blue and gold sign along Highway 278 (William Hilton Parkway) says Hilton Head Rentals and Golf. The office is the building with large columns.
