• Property Type: Luxury vacation rentals.
• Accommodations: Luxury homes, condos, grand villas, and beach rentals. Each rental includes a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and several guest rooms and baths. High speed Internet access available in most rentals properties.

• Rates: Prices are set according to location of house, penthouse or condo, property condition, number of bedrooms and amenities offered with property. Rates are higher during Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and special event weeks. All rates are subject to 13% tax and $1.00 per night resort fee and a non-refundable processing fee of 5% of rental amount, $25.00 minimum. (Subject to change). • Minimum Stay: Minimum stay varies and is required from September to May.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. or earlier.
• Deposit and Payments: One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order, MasterCard or VISA. A valid MasterCard or VISA must be on reservation or a $500.00 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4 - 6 weeks after your departure date.
• Cancellation Policy: Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No fireworks or outdoor grilling. Non-smoking rentals available. Most rental welcome children and some may allow pets with prior approval.
• Recreation and Activities: Golf, fishing, boating, sailing, watersports, music, tours, theatre, and more.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: May Day Golf, Myrtle Beach Grand Prix, Wild Water Water And Race Theme Park, NASCAR Speedpark, La Belle Amie Vineyard, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, Brookgreen Garden, Sounds of Summer Concert Series, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, The Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, The Palace Theater, Medieval Times, Legends in Concert, Good Vibrations, Fishing/Boat Tours, Hurricane Fleet Marina, Shallow Minded Inshore Charters, Myrtle Beach Sailing Charters, Eagle Nest Golf Club, Beachwood Golf Club, and Thomas Outdoor Watersports.
