• Property Type: Cabin retreat
• Accommodations: 3 bedrooms with a full bath in the master bedroom and a second full bath off the kitchen. There is also sleeping area in the basement and a fully equipped kitchen.
• Amenities: Fresh spring water, an original log cabin barn, heated in-ground pool, picnic area with fire pit, large deck, chiminea and grill, large oak table that seats ten, picnic table on the deck that seats eight, along with a microwave, dishwasher and country wood burning cook stove. Dish satellite TV in the bedroom and living area in addition to a DVD player, VCR, telephone, washer and dryer. Verizon Cellular service is available in the area. Dog crates are available upon request
• Rates: Rental rates may change throughout the year based on demand and availability. Nightly Rate is based upon the number of beds occupied. Call for current rates. Rates do not include 6% sales tax and 3% local tax.

• Check-in: 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Special arrangements can be made for early or late arrival/departure.
• Deposit and Payments: A $200.00 security deposit is required for weekly rentals and will be refunded promptly after final inspection if no damage occurs. Half of the gross rental amount plus fees are due when the reservation is booked, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. PayPal, check, or money order accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive a refund of 75% of any money paid-to-date, unless the property can be re-rented, then a full refund will be given.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors. Pets allowed with proof of flea treatment as well as a signed pet agreement ($50.00 weekly or $10.00 nightly pet fee).
• Meals: Fully equipped kitchen for your own meal preparation. Local caterers are available for group or special occasions
• Recreation and Activities: Hunting, ATV recreation, outdoors, hiking, and more.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Rock Run ATV Park, Warriors Mark Wing Shooting Lodge, Grice Gun Shop, Bob's Army Navy, Prince Gallitzin State Park, and Black Moshannon State Park.
• Directions: From Altoona, PA: Depart From Pleasant Valley Boulevard East on 220 / Interstate 99 to Tyrone (12 mi). North at Tyrone on SR-453 to Janesville (14 mi), then to Ramey (4 mi). Follow SR-453 to Madera. (3 miles). Arrive at Madera, Pennsylvania.
  From State College, PA: Depart From College Avenue. Turn right on N. Atherton/ US 322 2. Continue through town and merge onto US-220 South/US-322 (4.9 mi). Take left toward Tyrone/ US-322 West/US-220 S to Philipsburg (0.5). At Port Matilda light turn right on US-322 5. Turn left (West) to stay on US-322 (10.2 mi). Turn left (West) onto SR-504/E Presqueisle St (0.7 mi). Turn left (southeast) to stay on SR-53 / S Front St (0.1 mi). Turn right (southwest) to stay on SR-53 / W Maple St (4.3 mi). Turn right (west) to stay on SR-53 / SR-970 / Sarah St (5.1 mi). Turn right (north) to stay on SR-53 / S McAteer St (4.9 mi). Arrive at Madera, Pennsylvania.
