• Accommodations: 1- and 2-bedroom cabins, each with private bath; sleep 2 to 6.
• Amenities: Every cabin have electric fireplace, TV, VCR/DVD, air conditioning, full kitchen or kitchenette with microwave, utensils and linens provided, and outdoor hot tub. All you have to bring are your own food and toiletries (including bar soap).
• Rates: Rates shown are per night, based on double occupancy. For cabins that sleep more than 2 people, each additional adult is $15.00 and each additional child (under 16) is $10.00 per night. Infants under 1 year stay at no additional charge. Stays of 5 nights or more receive 5% discount. Rates do not include 13.25% sales and lodging tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: Between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. at the Main Office. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends.
• Deposit and Payments: Full payment is required with reservation. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received more than 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for 90% refund. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks, but more than 3 days, prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In the event of an early departure, we cannot give any kind of refund. There are no cancellations due to inclement weather.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors (allowed outside and on the decks/porches) Some cabins are pet-friendly: well-mannered, housebroken pets only; must be kept on leash when outside; may not be left alone uncrated in cabin; maximum of 3 pets; $30.00 per pet per stay. Children welcome (under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
• Recreation and Activities: Hiking, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, and shops.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Close to Hocking Hills State Park.
