• Deposit and Payments: Deposit is 50% of stay. Balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, personal and travelers' checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit applied to future stay or if able to rebook, deposit refunded less $20.00 handling fee.
• Languages Spoken: Some Spanish and English.
• Restrictions: Pets allowed in most casitas with approval and a $50.00 per pet charge per stay. No smoking inside (allowed on porches only). Children welcome.

• Directions: From Albuquerque: Take I-25 North to Santa Fe, 55 miles. Exit 284, Old Pecos Trail and SH466. At the stop sign, turn left. Go 1.5 miles and turn right at the third signal onto Old Pecos Trail. Stay on Old Pecos Trail for 1.2 miles, through two signals. Old Pecos Trail becomes Old Santa Fe Trail 0.4 mile after second signal (Cordova). Shortly after Cordova, you will come to Attoyo Tenorio, which is a dirt road on your right. Turn right and continue one twisty block until you come to Douglas Street on your right. Turn right and go to the second house on your left, 511 Douglas. Park in front.
