• Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. A one-time cleaning fee of $175.00 is charged on all rentals. If you book more than 7 days, a mid-week complimentary cleaning service is available during your stay; includes changing of lines and towels, dusting and vacuuming. One complimentary cleaning is provided for each rental of 8 days. Additional housekeeping services provided at extra charge.

• Deposit and Payments: A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or checks accepted.
• Housekeeping: A one-time exit cleaning fee of $150 is charged on all rentals. If you book 7 days or more, we provide a complimentary mid-week cleaning service during your stay - includes laundry, changing of linens and towels, dusting, mopping, kitchen clean-up, etc. One complimentary mid-week cleaning is provided for each rental of 7 days. Additional housekeeping services can be provided at extra charge.
• Cancellation: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Notice of cancellation less than the minimum required will result in forfeiture of deposit. Reservations must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within the 45 days prior to arrival, credit (less deposit) will be given toward a future rental date at Casa de Alma within one year, based on availability.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm We will do everything possible to accommodate an early arrival upon request. Check-out: 10:00 am
• Restrictions: Two (2) pets are allowed with prior arrangement. $25.00 charge per pet / per night. This is a non-smoking property. The outdoor patio area is available to smokers. Smoking inside is considered damage and will result in additional cleaning fees.
• Recreation and Activities: Snow skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking trails, shopping the eclectic art and craft galleries and fine dining.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Sangre de Christo Mountains, Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta (September), Museum of New Mexico, The Lensic, Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Santa Fe Pro Musica (October - April), Santa Fe Playhouse, Santa Fe Symphony and Santa Fe Indian Market (August). Also try Ten Thousand Waves, the famous Japanese hot spring resort and Ojo Caliente Spa.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: The Compound Restaurant, Geronimo Restaurant and Cafe Pasqual's.
