• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome.
• Rates: There is an additional $175 cleaning fee plus 8% New Hampshire local tax. All rates for 7 nights. Please email for holiday rates and availability. Rates do not include 8% tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: Deposit of 50% of stay required via credit card or check, which is fully refundable with 30 day notice.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund, minus a cancellation fee.
• Recreation and Activities: Pool table and indoor community swimming pool. Ski right from your back door. Skiing center for beginners and novice. Home of Bode Miller - who you might see and meet in the resort. Skiing, dining, Biking, Hiking, and fishing.
• Location: Take I-93 into New Hampshire and exit toward Littleton, NH, merge onto US-302 via exit 40 toward Bethlehem and Twin Mountain Road. Directions to the house will be given upon reservation.
