Ingredients
4 bananas, mashed
One 8.5-ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
One 6-ounce jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut into quarters
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Two 9-ounce cartons sour cream
Lettuce leaves

Combine all ingredients except the lettuce leaves. Stir well and pour into 9-inch square pan. Freeze until firm, then cut into squares and serve on lettuce.

Serves: 9
