• Property Type: Cabins.
• Accommodations: 1- and 2-bedroom cabins, each with full kitchen and bath. 4 cabins are two bedroom and sleep 4 and 1 cabin is one bedroom, but can sleep 4, has a pullout bed in living room.
• Amenities: Each cabin has gas fireplace, phone, satellite TV, VCR, air conditioning, full kitchen (including microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator; Deer Lodge has a dishwasher), utensils provided, linens provided, and Fox & Deer have a washer and dryer. Deer Lodge has a hot tub/Jacuzzi.
• Rates: Rates are for up to 4 people per cabin, additional guests are $25.00 per person. There is a $30.00 charge ($50.00 at Deer Lodge) departure cleaning fee. For weekly stays the departure cleaning fee is $50.00 ($100.00 at Deer Lodge). Weekly rates are at an approximate 10% discount for a 7-day stay. Rates do not include 11% state and local sales and occupancy tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights. Holiday periods and certain demand periods might require a 3- to 5-night minimum stay.
• Deposit and Payments: Deposit is 50% of stay, with balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal and travelers' checks, and cash accepted; personal checks accepted must be received 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Because of our small size and secluded location cancellations affect us significantly. The deposit is fully refundable, minus a $75.00 processing fee per cabin, if we are notified 30 days in advance of cancellation. If notified 14-29 days in advance of cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee of the total accommodation amount will be charged, if notified less than 14 days, a 100% cancellation fee of the total accommodation amount will be charged. We do not provide refunds for late arrivals or early departures regardless of the reason. If you are unable to keep your reservation, you are always welcome to send someone else in your place.
• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Please notify if very early or late arrivals for other arrangements to check in. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Restricted pet policy in some cabins; pets accepted only with prior approval. A $50.00 non-refundable fee is required per pet. Sorry, absolutely no cats! No smoking inside the cabins; outside only!
• Special Events on Property: Weddings and family reunions, covered pavilion.
• Recreation and Activities: Family swing area, small nature trails along Fox Creek, horseshoes, and barnyard meadow.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Horseback riding, hiking, over 250 waterfalls to tour, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, Winter skiing, summer canoeing and tubing, Gorges State Park, and Brevard Music Festival, and more.

• Directions: From Brevard, NC: Take US 64 West about 13 miles and turn right on Highway 281 North.   From Cashiers, NC: Take US 64 East about 13 miles and turn left on Highway 281 North. About ¼ mile you will see to the Brown Trout Mountain Grille on your right, continue past the Post Office and look for Slick Fisher Road on the left. Turn left on “Slick Fisher Road” and go 1.4 miles – Indian Lakes Estates is on the right and we are on the left.
  From Atlanta, GA (2-1/2 hours): Take I-85 North. Immediately after Lake Hartwell take exit 1 for South Carolina Highway 11. Follow SR 11 for about 30 miles and you will pass a Citgo station on the left. Start looking for State Road 130, turn left on SR130 and follow it for 10 miles. At the North Carolina State Line this road becomes State Road 281. Stay on SR 281 another 10 miles until you reach US 64 (dead ends). Turn right and follow US 64 a few miles – go over bridge at the falls. Turn left on Highway 281 North and at about ¼ mile you will see to the Brown Trout Mountain Grille on your right, continue past the Post Office and look for Slick Fisher Road on the left. Turn left on “Slick Fisher Road” and go 1.4 miles – Indian Lakes Estates is on the right and we are on the left.
  From Greenville, SC (1-1/2 hours): Take Hwy 276 north through Travelers Rest over Caesar’s Head to Brevard. In downtown Brevard, turn left on US 64 west and travel approximately 13 miles. Turn right on Highway 281 North and at about ¼ mile you will see to the Brown Trout Mountain Grille on your right, continue past the Post Office and look for Slick Fisher Road on the left. Turn left on “Slick Fisher Road” and go 1.4 miles – Indian Lakes Estates is on the right and we are on the left.
  From Charlotte, NC (2-1/2 hours): Take I-85 S. to Highway 74 West (exit 10). Highway 74 west eventually merges into I-26 West. Take I-26 West to the Asheville Regional Airport (Exit 9). Take that exit and turn left onto Highway 280. Take 280 all the way into Brevard. 280 will turn into U.S. 64 West just out of Brevard. Take 64 West for 16 miles. Turn right on Highway 281 North and at about ¼ mile you will see to the Brown Trout Mountain Grille on your right, continue past the Post Office and look for Slick Fisher Road on the left. Turn left on “Slick Fisher Road” and go 1.4 miles – Indian Lakes Estates is on the right and we are on the left.
  From Asheville Airport (1 hour): Turn right on Highway 280. Follow 280 to Brevard. In Brevard, Highway 280 becomes US 64. Travel US 64 west approximately 13 miles past downtown Brevard. Turn right on Highway 281 North and at about ¼ mile you will see to the Brown Trout Mountain Grille on your right, continue past the Post Office and look for Slick Fisher Road on the left. Turn left on “Slick Fisher Road” and go 1.4 miles – Indian Lakes Estates is on the right and we are on the left
