Village Realty is known for maintaining the highest standards in every resort home. Standard features in all their homes are central ac/heat, washer/dryer, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other features of a fully equipped kitchen, i.e. cookware, dishes, etc. Also included are phones, cable color TV(s), pillows, blankets, all bed linens and towels. Please remember that the homes are individually owned and the contents and furnishings reflect the desires of the homeowner.

Village Realty will make every effort to supply or repair any advertised items. Gas fireplaces are operational during the Off seasons only and fireplaces are not available for use during the summer months. Unless otherwise specified, all grills are charcoal grills and should be used with caution away from the house and decks. Many homes boast private swimming pools and or hot tubs.
