Fresh Coconut Cake

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

12 ounces frozen coconut, divided use

1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Cool Whip whipped dessert topping

Topping:

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Mix cake as directed. Add coconut and coconut flavoring. Bake as directed on box. Remove from oven.

Topping: Combine and mix ingredients. Puncture hot cake with toothpick and pour topping over cake.

Mix remaining coconut with whipped dessert topping and top cold cake.
