• Property Type: Single family dwelling.
• Accommodations: Three bedrooms and one bath. Sleeps up to 6.
• Amenities: Air conditioning, TV, cable, VCR, full kitchen, microwave, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, outdoor grill, picnic table, and porch with swing and rocking chair.
• Rates: Up to 6 people: $70.00 per night and $450.00 per week. Each additional person: $5.00 per night. Rates do not include 10% NC State and County tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: A deposit of $100.00 is required at booking. Balance due upon arrival. Sorry, no credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival for a refund of the deposit.
• Restrictions: No pets.
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, tubing, rafting, kayaking, fishing, golf, biking, boating, and hiking.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountain Railway, ruby mining, Unto These Hills (outdoor drama), Cherokee Indian Reservation, Nantahala Gorge, Deep Creek, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Mexican Corn Bread, ... Orange Pound Cake, ... Fresh Coconut Cake, and Sweet Potato Casserole.
• Directions: Approaching Bryson City from the East via Highway 74, take Exit 64 (Alarka Exit). At the stop sign, turn left across the bridge. Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see a yellow building, Long Creek Preserve, on the right. Immediately after passing this building, you will come into a sharp curve and the road will fork. Bear left up the hill (East Alarka Road). You will pass two churches, both on your left. After you pass the second church, turn right on the first paved road (Earls Road). Earls Road is approximately 8/10 mile from the Long Creek Preserve building. The farmhouse is the first house on the right on Earls Road.
  Approaching Bryson City from the West via Highway 74, take Exit 64 and turn right at the stop sign. Continue with above directions.
