Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter

1-3/4 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

Streusel filling:

1/2 cup chopped nuts

5 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Cream butter; gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour with baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Mix well. Add vanilla. Pour half of batter into prepared pan.

Mix ingredients for streusel topping and sprinkle on batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
