Creating log cabins built almost entirely from "scratch",
Linda and Ivor, with the help of their children, have made
a loving and wonderful place that any traveler would truly
enjoy. The enticing, clean smell of the forest can be
found in each of the cabins. Masterfully built, the rooms
are spacious for living and enjoying the quality time with
family and friends. Built to provide privacy, guests feel
at home, with the added luxury of a having the Great Smoky
Mountains of North Carolina as the backyard not far from
Deep Creek.
As you meander out the front door, the sight that greets
you is a breathtaking experience. Sit and enjoy the
surrounding mountains and take in the fresh mountain air.
Every cabin has a large porch with a built in bench for
gathering. In the summer enjoy the convenience of
air-conditioning.
When leaves begin to turn during the fall season, this
is where you want to be for the grandeur of the mountains
burst in color. A stream flows nearby, which makes a
blissful moment with the mornings first cup of coffee.
Parents can watch their children catch fireflies, or join
in on the fun and be a kid again. The porches are perfect
for an evening picnic.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable while being
tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities
travelers have come to expect. Sleep well and comfortable
with the heavenly aroma of the woods lightly touching your
nose. Each room has a ceiling fan and electrical outlets
are easily found throughout the cabins. |
