Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups sugar

1 cup oil

3 eggs

2 cups self-rising flour

1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

3 medium apples, coarsely chopped

1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs and blend. Beat one minute. Add flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and blend for one minute. Add apples and nuts and blend. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
