• Accommodations: 1 one-bedroom/one-bath cabin with sleeping loft (accommodates 4). 1 three-bedroom/two-bath log cabin (accommodates 5 to 7). Both cabins come with separate entrances, fireplaces, TV/VCR, phone, linens, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with microwave and cooking utensils.
• Rates: $90.00 to $175.00 per night. $450.00 to $875.00 per week. (Reduced rates for extended stays.) Rates subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.
• Reservations: Reservations are recommended at least 2 weeks in advance during peak season (July through October) and holidays. • Payment: Deposit is $200.00. Personal and traveler's checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 month prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit unless replacement visitor is found.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking on porches only.

• Recreation & Activities: Fishing ponds (stocked with large mouth bass, catfish, and bluegills) and hiking are available on the property. Golf is 13 miles away.
• Attractions & Special Events: The Farm is within one hour's drive from Beech Mountain & Wolf Laurel (skiing), Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, Mt. Mitchell and Asheville.
