Mountain Apple Pie

Ingredients

Sliced apples, enough to fill half the baking dish

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1 stick butter

Cook down sliced apples until softened. Stir together flour and sugar. Beat in milk. Melt stick of butter into 9 x 15-inch baking dish. Pour batter into the dish and spoon the apples over. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
