• Deposit and Payments: Full payment due at time of reservation. Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted. All deposits applied to last day of stay. Balance due at check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus a $25.00 service charge. Late cancellations will be charged full amount of reservations unless the room is rebooked.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Pets are welcome at the cottage. The charge for the first pet is $15.00 per night; the charge for the second pet is $5.00 per night. Sorry, no more than two pets. Smoking permitted outside designated areas only.
• Recreation and Activities: Kayaking time trial on St. Francis River, float trips on the Black River, fishing and boating at area Clearwater and Wappapello lakes, nine-hole semi-private golf course at Arcadia Valley Country Club

• Directions: The Cottages on Stouts Creek are only 80 miles south of St. Louis in Scenic Arcadia Valley two miles east of the sister cities Arcadia, Ironton and Pilot Knob.
  To Find Ironton- Arcadia area from St. Louis: Take I-55 south about 22 miles (from I-270) to Exit 174B. Take US-67 south about 35.5 miles past Bonne Terre and Park Hills to Hwy W (1 mile south of MO-32 Farmington exit). Turn right (west) on Hwy W for 7.5 miles to Hwy V. Turn left on V for 9 miles to Pilot Knob (stop sign). V turns left for another 0.2 miles to MO-21.
  To find Cottage from Arcadia Valley: Take MO-21 south about 2 miles south from Pilot Knob to MO-72 junction. Take MO-72 east (72 goes up and over MO-21) about 2 miles. The driveway to the cottage is on the left side of the road and is marked by a sign.
