• Accommodations: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; sleeps up to 6 people.
• Amenities: Central air conditioning, wood-burning fireplace with firewood, phone, cable TV, DVD players, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, all linens and cooking utensils provided, gas BBQ grill, fenced-in patio, private deck, fire pit, and washer and dryer.
• Rates: Rates shown are per night and are higher on holidays. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends.
• Deposit and Payments: Half of rent is due upon making reservation, with balance due 1 week prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date and home must be re-booked for total length of the original stay for refund of deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
• Restrictions: None. Children welcome. Pets allowed.
• Recreation and Activities: Walking, cycling, golf, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Notre Dame and St. Mary's Universities (10 minutes), St. Joseph's River, roadside stands and "U-Pick" farms for fruits and vegetables in season, near Michigan wine country, and 30 minutes from Southwestern Michigan lakeshore. Ten minutes from South Bend Airport.
