Supreme Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

16 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine, melted

Three 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

3 eggs

One 12-ounce packages semi-sweet real chocolate chips, melted

2 teaspoons vanilla

Additional chocolate sandwich cookies for garnish (optional)

Orange slices and orange zest for garnish (optional)

Topping Ingredients

1/3 cup margarine, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup semi-sweet real chocolate chips, melted and cooled

2 Tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Set aside. Beat together cream cheese and milk in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of the pan and cool before removing rim of pan. Spread topping over top and sides of cheesecake. Refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired.

Topping: Beat together margarine and sugar in small bowl until light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate chips. Then add liqueur, mixing until well blended.
