• Property Type: Apartment suites / Country estate - 2 units (1bedroom, and 2 bedroom) / Coach House (3 bedrooms, 2 baths). and a sailboat docked at the Columbia Yacht Club.
• Accommodations: 3 luxurious, self-contained apartment suites, each with private entrance, gourmet kitchen, and Jacuzzi bath. Two 2-room/1-bedroom unit (sleeps 4 to 6) and one 6-room/2-bedroom unit (sleeps 8 to 10).
• Amenities: Computer with MS Office, cable Internet access, scanner, fax, black-and-white laser printer (color laser printing available), photocopier, CD writer, color inkjet printer, color TV, VCR with videos, full kitchen, utensils provided, Jacuzzi baths (1 has steam room/shower), bath amenities, and baby furniture and toys. Neighborhood parking permits are provided, and discounted off-street parking is available. Weekly housekeeping and linen service. Kitchen will be stocked with breakfast foods (requests welcome).
• Rates: Rates shown are per night based on stated occupancy. Additional person in room if appicable is $20.00 extra person, per night. Rates do not include 11.9% local hotel tax and are subject to change without notice.

  *A one-time, $100 weekend premium is charged for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night; the weekend premium is waved for stays of 7 nights or more.
  Extra Person = Adult is $20.00 extra per night and child age 3 - 12 is $10.00 extra per night. Children 3 and younger are free. No children allowed on the Sailboat.

• Minimum stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required. A 4-night minimum is required on the weekends of Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the Chicago Marathon. All other holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Whenever possible you are welcome to check in early. This depends on if and when we have prior guests checking out. On an early check-in, we may still be completing the housekeeping. You are always welcome to drop off your luggage before your official check-in.
  Check-out: 12:00 noon. Whenever possible, we are happy to grant a later check-out time. This depends on if and when we have new guests checking in, and we do need time to do the housekeeping. You are always welcome to leave your luggage for later pick-up.
• Deposit and Payments: We require a valid Visa or MasterCard to guarantee your reservation. We will not charge your card until you arrive or fail to adhere to the cancellation policy. Lacking a credit card, we will accept a check for the deposit. Personal and business checks and cash also accepted (and preferred) for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge. With 2 to 7 days' notice, 1 night's rate will be charged. With less than 2 days' notice, up to 2 days' rate will be charged. All charges are waived if the room is rebooked by another guest.
• Restrictions: Pets welcome (bed provided). Children and babies welcome (crib, high chair, and games provided). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms. We discourage, but do not prohibit, smoking in the other areas. You are completely welcome to smoke outdoors.
• Languages Spoken: Chinese Mandarin and English.
• Special Events on Property: Apartments are frequently used for out-of-town wedding parties and sometimes catered parties. One apartment has built-in conference room.
• Recreation and Activities: The neighborhood offers a broad range of restaurants, theaters, bars, and live music. Guests receive discounts on visits to nearby health clubs.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: City of Chicago. Lake Michigan, Kingston Mines, Chicago Blue, Briar Street Theater, Wrigley Field, Lincoln Park, and beach area are all within walking distance.
