Ingredients:
1/2-pound fillets of raw ahi
Volcano Spice
Butter
Olive oil
1 piece of garlic

Coat ahi with Volcano Spice from Hawaii. Heat butter in pan over high heat and crush and toast macadamia nuts for 1 minute. Heat with olive oil and 1 piece of garlic to flavor oil. Sear ahi on high hear for 1 minute on each side (should be raw in the middle). Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and serve.
