Star Honeymoon Lookout: This was once an old fisherman's cottage and then a barn. Now completely renovated, it nestles amongst coconut palms on its own acre of land. Look out through greenery to views of rolling pastures, the ocean, and Haleakala. It even has its own palm-lined circular driveway.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with king-sized bed plus a study area with views of Haleakala to the south and the ocean to the north. Downstairs is a full kitchen and sitting room/lounge with sleeper sofa as well as a solarium, with a small deck extending into the garden. The bathroom features a fully restored Victorian bathtub and glass all around. Shower outdoors among the palms, or step out on your private deck and gaze at the stars.

Lookout House: This beautiful 2-story home accommodates up to 8 people. It affords sweeping views of the ocean along the cliffs to Hana and then back inland right up to the 10,000-foot summit of and of Haleakala. Decks wrap around most of the house, making it tempting to laze in a hammock on a quiet afternoon or eat breakfast in the sun. The large protected deck in the back has a view of the swimming pool, tropical gardens, and delightful waterfall and koi pond.

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with king-sized bed. Over this bedroom is a loft, ideal for children. You are sure to enjoy the full kitchen, dining room, and beautiful pentagonal glass lounge room with panoramic ocean and Haleakala views. The lounge also has a king-sized bed should you feel like waking up to a sunrise over the ocean.

The house has a spacious downstairs suite with two private entrances. The large bedroom with king-sized bed boasts spectacular views -- you can eat home-grown papayas while watching the waves crash on Kaenae peninsula and Hana without even getting out of bed. One side of the bedroom opens out onto a large covered deck, while the other side has a kitchenette that opens out through French doors to a private lanai. The large bathroom has an elegant cobalt blue tiled bath tub big enough for two, looking out over its own tropical garden with tranquil lotus pond and waterfalls.
