• Cancellation Policy: $50.00 cancellation charge on all confirmed bookings. cancellation notice must be received 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, unless unit can be re-booked.
• Restrictions: Children are welcome. Smoking is not permitted on properties inside or outside. Sorry, no pets.
