- Accommodations: 2-bedroom/1-bath beach
front home with full kitchen. Recreation deck with extra toilet,
extra outdoor shower, and BBQ grill.
- Handicapped Accessible: House is on
12-foot pilings with 17 step stairs.
- Rates: Entire house: $125.00 to $150.00
per night (4 night minimum) for one or two plus $15.00 extra for
each additional person (maximum six persons). Prices do not include
11.41% State Tax. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee, regardless of
length of stay. Military Discount available. All prices include a
full self-serve breakfast. Rates subject to change without notice.

- Payment: Send 50% of rental fee by check
or money order to Eileen Olson at the above mailing address. You
will receive confirmation by telephone, email, or mail. Balance due
upon arrival with personal or traveler's check, cash, or money
order. Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, and JCB cards also accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Your reservation
may be cancelled for a full refund of your deposit less a $50.00
cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival. If cancellation is
received 30 days or less prior to arrival, a refund of deposit can
not be given.
- Restrictions: 1 pet is acceptable
(please note Hawaii quarantine).

snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, salt and fresh water fishing
(freshwater bass and trout in reservoirs and tuna, wahoo, dorado,
and red snapper in saltwater), sailing, biking, hiking, horseback
riding, Scuba Nitrox, and sled diving. TV/VCR and taped movies.
Golf, tennis, and miles of empty beach. Shopping for shell leis and
red dirt shirts. Reading or sleeping in the hammock. Watching the
waves, sunset over Niihau Island, or moonrise over Waimea Bay.
- Attractions & Special Events: Seacliffs,
deserted beaches, rivers, botanical gardens, rare tropical rain
forest, and boardwalk into Alakai high altitude swamp in a volcanic
crater, waterfalls, Hawaiian festivals, and open air farmer's
markets.
