Ingredients
1-1/4 cups light corn syrup
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 cups chopped macadamias
One 10-inch unbaked pie shell
Whipped cream, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk together corn syrup, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in butter and macadamias. Pour into pie shell and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let pie cool completely before cutting. Serve with whipped cream.
