• Minimum Stay: A minimum number of nights stay may apply for certain accommodations or during peak times.
• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: after 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is available upon request for a small fee.
• Deposit and Payments: At time of reservation a minimum deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. 30 days prior to your arrival date, a further deposit may be required. The remaining balance of 50% is due on arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival we require at least a 50% deposit. Deposits are non refundable.
• Restrictions: Pets are welcome at $50.00 per pet in a 1 bedroom and $75.00 per pet in a 2 or 3 bedroom.
• Special Events: Weddings, groups, reunions, and birthdays.

• Location: Siesta Key is an eight mile long barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. It is accessible via two bridges that connect Siesta Key to the mainland of Sarasota. We are located approximately 55 miles South of Tampa on the Sunshine State‘s Gulf Coast.
• Directions: Directions from I-75 to Banana Bay Club Beachside: Take exit 205 off I-75. Head West for approx 6 miles to the end of Clark Rd. At the traffic lights turn left onto Midnight Pass Rd. Head South for approx 0.5 miles. Turn Right onto Point of Rocks Rd. Banana Bay Club Beachside is on the right hand side at 1101- 1105 Point of Rocks Rd. Park anywhere in front of the Yellow Apartment Building or Yellow Villas.
  Directions from I-75 to Banana Bay Club Waterside: Take exit 205 off I-75. Head West for approx 6 miles to the end of Clark Rd. At the traffic lights turn left onto Midnight Pass Rd. Head South for approx 1.7 miles. Banana Bay Club Waterside is on your right hand side at 8254 Midnight Pass Rd.
