• Accommodations: 5 one-bedroom suites, each with private bath, living room, and full kitchen.
• Amenities: Central air and heat, ceiling fans, private decks, satellite TV, VCR, loungers, porch swings, market umbrellas, gas BBQ grills, complimentary linen and towel exchange (please bring own beach towels), and maid service available ($15.00/day). Full kitchens with full-size appliances including microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker, and blender. Complimentary use of beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
• Rates: are for 1 or 2 persons. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons (extra person in suite is $15.00 per day). 10% sales tax not included. Rates are subject to change without notice. To receive weekly discount, guests must book from Saturday to Saturday (we are flexible in our off-season).

• Minimum Stay: Normally 1 week (partial week reservations are accepted 1 week prior to the desired partial rental, as full week requests have priority).
• Payment: A $500.00 deposit is required for each week reserved. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Checks should be made to Oceanfront Cottages.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund, less $100.00 a week cancellation fee. No refunds for early departures. In the event of a hurricane or hurricane evacuation, guests will receive credit instead of refund.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Children age 12 or older are welcome. Suites are smoke-free (please use porches).
• Recreation & Activities: Turtle-watching, golf, tennis, in-line skating, biking, kayaking, surf-fishing, water skiing, and most other water sports and beach activities.
• Attractions & Special Events: Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, and MGM nearby (Orlando is less than an hour away).
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Cottages are next to one of the largest sea turtle nesting areas in the world.
• Directions: Take I-95 North or South to Exit 71. Turn east onto Highway 192 and drive 8.9 miles to the ocean. Once you cross Highway A-1A, you've arrived at our boardwalk on Wavecrest Avenue. Turn right and go 0.2 mile and look for our lighthouse. You can't miss us!
