• Property Type: Vacation Rental 6-bedrooms / 5-bathrooms. Sleeps 12. Large living areas, new fully equipped kitchen, media room with big plasma TV, infinity swimming pool, awesome views, 6 king beds, full air conditioned, spacious patios.
• Amenities: 180 degree panoramic ocean views, Swimming pool, private beach, gourmet kitchen and all appliances, Cable TV, computer with Internet access. Houses are air conditioned and stocked with toilet paper, all towels, clean supplies, crystal wine glasses, dinner service for 12 people, designer kitchen, washer and dryer.
• Rates: All rates for 7 nights. Additional $175.00 cleaning fee plus 8% St. John local tax. Discounts for extended stays. Discounts also for repeat customers. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Recreation and Activities: Beaches, shopping, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, tours, boating, yacht cruise rides, and more.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Trunk Bay, Caneel Bay, Friars Bay, Cinnamon Bay, coral reef, Soggy Dollar Bar, Foxy's Bar, Vi's Beach, St. Thomas, and more.
• Best Kept Secret: Ms. Busby's Beach bar on Dawns Beach is just a short stroll from La perla House. From house # 78, drive your car down and park near Ms. Busby. It's a great spot for breakfast and lunch as casual. Happy hour all day ! And at night they put out white linen tablecloths and it becomes Daniels, An excellent bistro with good wines.
