• Payment: Damage deposit of $500.00. Reservation deposit is 50% of reservation is required at time of booking. The balance of payment is due usually 8 weeks before arrival date. Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: For cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, a full deposit will be returned minus a small cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 4 - 8 weeks will receive a 50% refund and cancellations received 2 - 4 weeks with receive a 25% refund. Cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date with receive no refund.
• Minimum Stay: Usually 5 nights, however nightly rentals can be accommodated depending on availability for a 10% surcharge.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Pet friendly. No smoking allowed. Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations)
