• Minimum Stay: varies by property and season.
• Deposit and Payments: A 50% rental deposit is due upon booking, and the entire rental payment within 30 days of your arrival. The 1st 1/2 payment is made by credit card. We encourage checks for the 2nd 1/2 payment but we of course will take payment by credit card if that is what you prefer. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and personal checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Purchase travel insurance when you book, or up to 30 days before your arrival date. It is 7% of your base rental rate. If your reason for cancelling is within the parameters set out in the vacation insurance policy, you will receive a full refund for your stay. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance and you have to cancel, we will refund you for each night we are able to re-rent the property minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: Restrictions vary by property. Children welcome.
• Recreation and Activities: Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, golf, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, fishing, boating, mountain biking, and hiking.
