• Accommodations: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with full kitchen. Sleeps 4.
• Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, phone, stereo, full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils), linens provided, washer/dryer, patio, and gas grill. Includes gardening service, gas/electric, sewage, garbage removal, basic phone service, and cable TV at no extra charge.
• Rates: do not include 10% county tax (no tax on stays longer than 30 days). Rates subject to change without notice.

Non-peak Season: Sept. 1 - June 30 $1,400.00 (Excludes holiday weeks) Peak Season: July 1 - August 31 $1,900.00 (Monthly rates available) Discounts Available: 5% for 2-week stay 10% for 3-week stay 15% for 4-week stay 20% for 8-week stay 15% for return guests

• Minimum Stay: 7 days during peak season.
• Payment: $500.00 security deposit required for weekly rental, $1,000.00 security deposit for monthly rental. Security deposit and 50% reservation deposit are due within 7 days of making reservation (includes pet deposit if applicable). Full payment, including tax, is required 90 days prior to date of occupancy. Visa, MasterCard, personal and travelers' checks, and money orders accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing and received more than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund, minus a $250.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival and staff is unable to re-rent house at the same rate for the same period, then you will receive a refund for the security deposit only. If staff is able to re-rent house, you still will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside (smoking is permitted outside, but please do not litter). Pets allowed (additional deposit may be required). Phones do not permit long distance calls (must use calling card).
• Recreation & Activities: Traditional surfing, body surfing, wind surfing, parasailing, boogie boarding, beachcombing, whale watching, boating, fishing, kayaking, scuba diving, in-line and roller skating, cycling, rock climbing, horseback riding, tennis, and golf.
• Attractions & Special Events: Monterey Bay, beaches giant redwoods, whales, sea lions at Ano Nuevo State Reserve, the University of California Santa Cruz Arboretum, Natural Bridges State Park, Big Basins Redwoods State Park, Castle Rock State Park, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park in Felton, the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park in Aptos, wineries, Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (amusement park), Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Roaring Camp & the Santa Cruz Big Trees Railroads in Felton.
