• Rates: Rates do not include 10% county tax. 5% discount is available for two or more consecutive weeks. During winter, 15% discount is available for reservations of 4 or more weeks. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: 50% deposit required. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival during peak season and 60 days prior to arrival during other seasons. Visa, MasterCard, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of termination of occupancy provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. No loud parties.
• Special Events: Conferences.
• Recreation and Activities: Dining, surfing, swimming, beaches, cycling, camping, hiking, rock climbing, trails, shopping, craft galleries, boutiques, museums, wineries, and more.
