Accommodations at Villa Vista include two separate and
private units. Each unit features a spacious living room,
three master bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped
kitchen. The gourmet kitchens features a microwave and
Cuisinart and the outdoor view area features patio furniture
and a BBQ. Other amenities include complete home entertainment
centers, books, telephone, and wireless DSL Internet access,
as well as a washer/dryer, linens and departure cleaning. The
lower unit also features a relaxing spa. Each unit can
accommodate six comfortably with two guests per bedroom for a
total occupancy of twelve for the entire beach house.
After you settle in, enjoy a day of fun and sun at the Santa
Cruz Beach and Boardwalk, rent a sailboat at the nearby Yacht
Harbor, walk the beaches, or play a round of golf at one of
the nearby courses.
On the sunny side of Monterey Bay, you are only 5 or 10
minutes from the quaint villages of Capitola, Soquel and
Aptos, and fifteen minutes to downtown Santa Cruz. Historic
Monterey and Carmel are just a scenic forty minutes away.
Santa Cruz has so many great restaurants and some choice
wineries too. So exploring, eating and recreations. This place
has it all!
