• Amenities: Fireplaces, phones, TV/Cable/Satellite with VCR, air-conditioning, full kitchen, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and wine cellar. Utensils and linens provided. Heated swimming pool is open from June 1 - October 1 only. Heated Jacuzzi is open year around. You may use the swimming pool any time, however it is only heated May - October 1.
• Rates: Weekly rentals run from Sunday to Sunday only. Rates shown include tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 1 week during high season (April 1 through November 1). Nightly during low season (November 1 through April 1).
• Deposit and Payments: $500.00 refundable security deposit required. Personal checks accepted and credit cards accepted via PayPal.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee.
• Restrictions: No parties, weddings, or receptions. No more than 15 people allowed on premises at a time. Pets, children, and drinking allowed.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Yes.
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming pool with slide and Jacuzzi on premises. Horses on property.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Across the street from Viansa, nestled between Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves and Cline Cellars Vineyard, and five minutes from downtown Sonoma Plaza.
• Directions: On Arnold Dr (CA-121) toward Sonoma, go 5.7 miles. Turn left on Meadowlark Ln. and go 0.9 miles. Meadowlark Ln. becomes Wine Country Ct. Go 0.2 miles and arrive at 24120 Wine Country Ct. on the left.
